Mortgage Planners Ltd was established in February 1997.

I have worked in the banking arena for over 25 years. Prior to specialising as a Mortgage Broker I worked as a Bank Manager and Mobile Mortgage Manager for Countrywide Bank for over seven years. This experience ensures an excellent grounding in providing the correct advice for all mortgage related enquiries as I have encountered virtually every lending scenario. In the last twelve years as a mortgage broker I have never advertised, relying solely on "word of mouth" referrals from existing satisfied clients.

I decided from the outset to operate on the basis of providing a hands on specialist quality service as opposed to employing consultants where service and experience could be compromised. Every customer deals directly with myself personally and I take the application from inception to completion and beyond. I operate a system where you can call me at any time to assist not only when you are seeking finance but in the future when you are making decisions about fixed rate rollovers, rental investment purchase scenarios, holiday home aspirations or anything at all mortgage related. I keep in monthly contact via an informal eletter so you are up to date with current finance trends.

I encourage all clients to contact me very early in the planning stage of any property purchase as I can assist hugely at this time. I normally complete a pre approval so you can proceed with complete certainty.
